KYOCERA Precision Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., formerly named as Kyocera Tycom Carbide Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of Kyocera Tycom (USA) Co., Ltd.  In 2014, through Kyocera Group's corporate internal integration, the company subsequently became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kyocera Corporation (Japan), and continuous operates up till now. 

KYOCERA Precision Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (KPTZ) is under Kyocera Industrial Cutting Tool division, focus on production and sale of high efficiency, high quality cutting tools. Besides drills, routers, endmills and reamers used in PCB fabrication, KPTZ's also manufactures round blade cutters as well as other industrial precision cutting tools.  KPTZ also cooperates with Kyocera Research & Technology centers around the world to support customers in achieving high efficiency machining and production processes.


KYOCERA Precision Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Shanghai branch, formerly a subsidiary of Kyocera Unimerco Group, was founded in 2014. One year later in 2015, it was transformed into KYOCERA Precision Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (KPTZS).

KPTZS is committed to the production and sale of high-quality metal processing milling tools and drills. Product types cover a wide industry spectrum, including automotive, engineering machinery, general machinery, aerospace, generator and hydraulics. Besides, KPTZS also provides tool repair service aiming at reducing customer’s overall tooling costs.  In addition, KPTZS provides total solutions utilizing efficient PCD tools.  Through our own developed design and production system, high-performance and highly reliability cutting tool products are achieved.
